What is MYM?

MYM (short for “Meet Your Model”) is a French creator network launched in 2019 by Gaspard Hafner and Pierre Garonnaire and based in Paris. It calls itself an exclusive social network, and it’s often described as France’s answer to OnlyFans.

It isn’t adult-only. Fitness coaches, cooks and musicians sell content there too, but explicit creators are a big part of it. MYM says it has more than 20 million members, and most of its users are in France.

How MYM works for fans

Signing up is free. To see a creator’s feed you subscribe to them at a monthly price they set. On top of that, creators post “push media”, which show up blurred in your feed until you pay to unlock them.

“Private media” are photos or videos sent in private messages, and they cost extra too. You can also tip, and since 2022 creators can run paid live shows with chat.

What MYM costs and how billing works

There’s no single price: every creator sets their own subscription, push media and private media prices. Treat the subscription as an entry ticket, because much of what creators promote sits behind further payments.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you stop them, though you can stop one at any time. Check your statement after your first payment so you know how MYM charges look, and keep an eye on how much you spend on unlocks and tips.

MYM for creators, and red flags

MYM takes a 7% bank charge off each payment, then creators keep about 75% on subscriptions and 80% on private media, private shows and tips, according to its published fee terms. That’s broadly in line with OnlyFans, and payouts go by bank transfer.

In October 2026 France’s media regulator Arcom sent MYM a formal request for information under the EU Digital Services Act, over how its age checks work and how complete its terms and recommendation rules are. No breach had been established at the time of writing, but it’s worth watching.
