🔞 Creator subscriptions · 4based review

4based: a smaller onlyfans rival, credits for everything extra.

A creator platform where fans subscribe to creators and use prepaid credits for single posts, paid chats and tips. How it works, what it costs, what creators keep, and the best sites like 4based.

ViceHunt’s take: A tidy, multilingual platform with the usual creator tools. But it’s small, says little about who runs it, and creators keep less than on most rivals.

The full 4based review

What is 4based?

4based is a subscription platform for creators and fans, and adult content is allowed. Both creators and fans have to be 18 or older.

It runs as a web app you can add to your phone’s home screen, in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Czech. It’s much smaller than OnlyFans or Fansly, so it makes most sense if a creator you like already uses it.

How 4based works for fans

Following a creator is free. You can subscribe to unlock their subscriber area, or buy single posts without subscribing. You can browse creators by category: women, men, and trans and non-binary creators.

Creators can also sell paid chat messages, audio messages and multi-media posts, and you can tip them. Some creators set cheaper chat prices for their subscribers.

What 4based costs and how billing works

Creators set their own prices. Monthly subscriptions are billed straight to your card or other payment method, and they renew until you cancel.

Everything else, from single posts to chat messages and tips, is paid with credits you buy in advance. Credits are convenient, but they make it easy to lose track of real money, so buy small amounts and check your statement after the first purchase.

4based for creators, and red flags

Creators keep 70% of everything they earn, from subscriptions and sales to chats and tips. That’s less than the 80% many rivals pay, though a referral scheme adds 10% of what referred fans spend with other creators and 5% of referred creators’ revenue. Payouts go by bank transfer or Paxum.

Creators must pass ID and age checks before they can sell. We found no news of data leaks or fines, but also very little independent coverage at all, and the public pages we read don’t name the company that runs it.

Is 4based safe?

4based checks its creators, but a few habits keep your spending under control:

  • Buy credits in small amounts
  • Cancel subscriptions you no longer use
  • Assume busy chats may be run by paid chatters
  • Keep payments on the platform, never off-site

ViceHunt’s verdict

4based does the basics well: verified creators, paid chat, PPV posts and a clean multilingual web app. But it’s small, the credit system makes spending feel abstract, and creators keep less than they would elsewhere.

Want far more creators? Try OnlyFans or Fansly. Into French creators? Try MYM.
