🔞 Premium cam site · Cams.com review

Cams.com: an old name in cams, nudity for paying members.

One of the oldest cam sites, run by the company behind Adult FriendFinder. How it works, what it costs, and the best sites like Cams.com.

ViceHunt’s take: A familiar name with clear per-minute pricing and cheap group shows. But free chat is non-nude, the crowd is small, and it was caught up in the huge 2016 FriendFinder data breach.

The full Cams.com review

What is Cams.com?

Cams.com has been around since the late 1990s. It’s run by Streamray Inc., part of FriendFinder Networks, the company behind Adult FriendFinder, with a UK company handling the UK side.

It’s a classic pay-per-minute cam site: free chat to meet models, with nudity kept for paying members. It has models of all genders, but a much smaller crowd than Chaturbate or Streamate.

How Cams.com works

Guests can look around, and a free Basic account lets you chat in live free rooms, which are non-nude. To see more you pay to join a nude chat or take a model into a one-on-one private show, both billed by the minute.

Group shows are the budget option: you reserve a seat, and the show starts once enough viewers have joined. Models also run fan clubs, goal shows and exclusive shows, and sell recorded shows and private galleries.

What Cams.com costs

Models set their own per-minute prices, and you see the rate before you accept. Group shows cost $9.90 for the first ten minutes, then $0.99 a minute if the show runs on, according to its help pages. You pay from tokens or account funds, and PayPal is now the default way to add tokens.

There’s no recurring fee unless you buy a Premiere membership or join a fan club, which now come as Silver, Gold and Diamond plans; both can auto-renew. Premiere members have a $750-a-day spending limit.

Reputation and the 2016 breach

In 2016, FriendFinder Networks was hit by one of the biggest data breaches on record: more than 412 million accounts, including Cams.com accounts. Usernames, emails and poorly protected passwords were exposed.

That was years ago, but it’s a good reason to sign up with a separate email and a unique password. Otherwise, Cams.com is a steady, if dated, place for paid shows.

Is Cams.com safe?

Cams.com is long-running, but play it safe with your details and your card:

  • Use a separate email and a unique password
  • Check the per-minute rate before you accept
  • Turn off auto-renew on fan clubs you don’t use
  • Don’t share personal details with models

ViceHunt’s verdict

Cams.com is an old name that still works: clear per-minute pricing, cheap group shows and models of all genders. But free chat is non-nude, the crowd is small, and the 2016 breach is worth remembering.

For a bigger pay-per-minute site, try Streamate. For more ways to pay for private shows, try Flirt4Free or ImLive.
