🔞 Shop review forum · Aus99 review
Aus99: a busy shop forum, read with care.
An Australian forum where clients and shops talk about massage shops, mostly in Sydney. How it works, what’s free, and the best sites like Aus99.
ViceHunt’s take: For Sydney’s massage shops it’s busy, free and current. Shops post heavily too, so learn to tell the ads from the client reports.

What is Aus99?
Aus99 is a big Australian adult forum, split into city boards for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and the other states. Its core is “shop” talk: clients and shops discussing massage shops, with separate boards for private providers.
Sydney dominates, with tens of thousands of threads in its shop and report boards. Other cities have far less, so it’s mainly useful in New South Wales and, to a lesser extent, Queensland.
How Aus99 works
Each city has boards for general talk, shop info and “after reports”, which are client write-ups. Sydney also has a roster board where shops post who’s working each day.
You can browse the boards without an account, and you’ll need one to post. The forum software is dated, so go straight to your city’s boards rather than the front page.
What it costs
The forum describes itself as free, and we found nothing a reader has to pay for. Shops post through advertiser accounts, with limits on how many posts they can make each day.
That means a lot of what you see, especially in the info and roster boards, is advertising. The after-report boards are where client opinions live, though shops post there too.
Red flags and reputation
We found no lawsuits or prosecutions naming Aus99. SBS reported in 2017 on hidden sex work and exploitation in some Australian massage parlours, so the risks in this niche are real.
Laws differ a lot from state to state, from decriminalised in New South Wales to largely criminalised in others. Read our safety guidelines, and leave any shop where a worker seems scared or controlled.
Is Aus99 safe?
Shop ads and client reports sit side by side here. Protect yourself:
- Read after reports, not just shop posts
- Walk away if anyone seems scared, controlled or underage
- Never pay anything before you arrive
- Check your state’s laws, they differ
Read our safety guidelines for more.
ViceHunt’s verdict
If you’re in Sydney and want to hear what clients say about a shop, Aus99 is busy, free and current. Read the after reports, skim past the shop marketing, and don’t lean on it much outside Sydney and Brisbane.

Aus99 FAQ
Is Aus99 free?
Yes. It describes itself as a free forum, and you only need an account to post.

It’s a real, busy forum with over 75,000 members and more than two million posts. Many posts come from shops themselves, so treat those as ads.
Which cities does Aus99 cover?
Sydney most of all, then Brisbane. Melbourne, Adelaide and the other states have boards, but they’re much quieter.
Is Aus99 safe?
The forum is just a place to read and talk. Stay safe by trusting recent client reports over shop posts, never paying in advance, and leaving if anyone seems controlled or underage.
